WooCommerce POS is currently in beta. This means there is a long list of features and known bugs that are the primary focus of the development team. At this early stage of development it is important we prioritise time on tasks that progress the plugin.

Help us help you – please follow the support guidelines below:

Guidelines

  1. Feature requests will be read, tagged and stored for future reference. Feature requests are welcome, however, due to the volume of requests they will likely not receive a response.
  2. Keep support requests to a single topic. If a support enquiry contains multiple topics it will likely be deferred until support has enough time to read and respond to each issue.
  3. Do not turn support questions into a discussion thread. Do not respond to a support answer with a question on a different topic – please open a new ticket if you have a new question.
