Guidelines
- Feature requests will be read, tagged and stored for future reference. Feature requests are welcome, however, due to the volume of requests they will likely not receive a response.
- Keep support requests to a single topic. If a support enquiry contains multiple topics it will likely be deferred until support has enough time to read and respond to each issue.
- Do not turn support questions into a discussion thread. Do not respond to a support answer with a question on a different topic – please open a new ticket if you have a new question.
