If you would like to help test the next version of WooCommerce POS you can download the free beta. Pro users will also need to download the Pro beta by going to your account page. Please read the following instructions before you install and activate WooCommerce POS 0.5.0-beta.
WooCommerce POS 0.4.6 Compatibility Release
Version 0.4.6 fixes an urgent compatibility issue with WooCommerce 2.6. This release is small but it contains a few other important fixes, including a fix for the reports bug affecting some users. It is recommended for all users, even if you have not upgraded to WooCommerce 2.6.
WooCommerce POS Pro users should manually update the Pro plugin by logging into https://wcpos.com/my-account.
WooCommerce POS 0.4.4 maintenance release
Versions 0.4.3 and 0.4.4 have been released in the last couple of days, these contain urgent fixes for bugs introduced in version 0.4.2. All user should update as soon as possible.

WooCommerce POS 0.4.2 maintenance release
Version 0.4.2 of WooCommerce POS has just been released. This release contains some important bug fixes and is recommended for all users.
A new version of WooCommerce POS Pro is also available: Pro users should update both plugins at the same time. If you do not see the Pro update in your WP Admin please download and install manually.
Update: Version 0.4.3 0.4.4 has just been released to fix a barcode searching bug introduced in 0.4.2
WooCommerce POS 0.4.1 maintenance release
Version 0.4.1 of WooCommerce POS has just been released. This release contains some important bug fixes and is recommended for all users. WooCommerce POS Pro users should also update the Pro plugin to 0.4.2. If version 0.4.2 does not show in your updates please login into your account and manually install the new version.
If you are still noticing problems with your variation popovers please visit the POS support page and clear the products, this will clear the local storage so you can fetch an updated catalog of products.
Version 0.4-beta
WooCommerce POS 0.4-beta is available for testing! You can download the beta from the development channel on WordPress.org. If you have a Pro license you can download the beta plugin from your account page (note: both plugins must be updated at the same time).

Version 0.3.3 released
Version 0.3.3 of WooCommerce POS is now available for download at WordPress.org. This is a ‘patch’ release to fix compatibility issues with WooCommerce that could not wait for the next feature update (more details below). Starting from 0.3.3 there will also be a change to the versioning system, feature releases will now be 0.x releases (eg: 0.4, 0.5, 0.6 …) and bug fixes will be 0.x.x releases (eg: 0.3.3, 0.3.4, 0.3.5 …). Moving the cart logic from WooCommerce to the POS
The most important thing for any Point of Sale software is that it needs to be lightening fast. The product list can be downloaded to local storage for fast searching and filtering, but the cart also needs to respond as quick. Items should appear in the cart immediately and the totals should be instant. Any POS which requires a call to the server is going to seem slow and clunky, and a cart that hangs mid-sale is useless.
